5 1/2 weeks since stopping with my head. Slowly getting into it again. This is my current set up, fully catering for the broken neck situation by letting me hold on to the dumb bell handles screwed into the side of the squat rack, thus enabling me to use the trainer . Managed a ramp test and lost 20% on my FTP pre-accident :(
