Hey have you (or anyone else) used this type of matting? Presume I want the thick version? Am currently using a heavy yoga mat, but my partner wants it back for home yoga, and I have floorboards throughout house.

I've used these before on recommendation from someone else on the forum, they're good but not too thick so if you were really trying to eliminate noise you'd probably want something more substantial.

With rollers it's the vibration of the drums spinning that causes the noise/rumble for the flat below.
