With rollers it's the vibration of the drums spinning that causes the noise/rumble for the flat below. Are rollers so much quieter than turbo trainers? I had a Tacx in the UK which would be too noisy to use in an apartment , but since we're all quarantined for 15+ days I'm desperate to get on the bike somehow as a form of exercise.
How would rollers be for the neighbours downstairs? And any super cheap recommendations?
