Agreed. Full-on PR fail right there. Probably would have been a cheap-ish win for them, dependent on number of tickets still outstanding. The reserve game offer is a proper shitty stick also.
Problem is FlyBe collapsed (fairly probably) owing a fair chunk of cash to them and they are understandably smarting from it.
(Tony Rowe's insistence on putting his letters on every quote on every press release does indicate he thinks a lot of himself too...)
