I'm not really sure what the point of it is.
It's like a cross between the SBGH255 and SBGA229, but more expensive and not as nice.
The dial and the hi-beat movement set the SBGH255 apart, while the case shape, dimensions. and date window are nicer on the SBGA229.
A more interesting place for GS to go would be a 40mm case size with no date (though of course they would be accused of ripping off the Sub).

SLGA001. 5 day power. Spring Drive. $11,000. Sure is tasty. Big boy though at Diameter: 46.9mm, Thickness: 16.0mm. Not sure on the date though...
