IIRC it’s an ISO standard, but Tesla did some wrangling to get away with using a black release instead of a red one (at least US spec)

Some of mine don't, but they do have 6 point racing harnesses with central release buckles. Much safe, little practical.

My first car a 1978 mk1 golf didn’t.
It had no buckle on the belt, you had to loop the belt under a bar you then push down to secure. I loved them

Do all cars have to have those standard seatbelt clip in points? Even really fancy ones?
