I’ve only ever had experience with the manual grip shifter version but think the Nuvinci / Enviolo is a pretty temperamental system that is wrought with issues. I’d take it back to whoever sold it to you, chances are they’re quite familiar with whatever problems crop up with Nuvinci and will know how to proceed.
