We're due to build one up for someone but it'll be a couple of weeks I think.

Thanks for the replies. I had no idea it was that new, I'd just come across it browsing for a new frame. I've been riding my Jobs Private Jake as a gravel bike, but the frame is a size too small and I'd like some more versatility. Even with the exchange rate to Canadian and some shipping costs it seems like a fair bargain for a 725 Reynolds frame with a carbon fork.

Anyone looking to sell a Kepler disc frameset in 54cm?
-
• #182
If anyone is after a 54 canti Kepler frame, the last time I was in Frankenbike in Hackney Wick (ex Skinny Eric's) they had a brand new one for £260, which is good.

Has anyone put some WTB 650b 47mm offroad tyres on your Kepler? I've got the 2016 (ish) version of the frame. I'm looking at WTB Sendero or Venture.
I might go with the 42mm Resolute to be on the safe side.

I like this a lot...

Looks like a Fairlight, without the jumped up prices.

• #188
Just like the Meteh looks like Fairlight secan.

• #189
get a shallow depth of field lens and shoot your Trek, you will like it better

all things aside; this is a reynolds 725 frame and fairlight have custom 853 (and other) tubing from Reynolds
Way more R&D in Fairlight than catalogue frames IMO. Geometry, details everything really.
That brother is £849 and secan is £1199, the extra £350 is excellent ROI on Secan.
In other words; Brother makes Fairlight seem great value!

aye but fairlights paint and decals look so nankid , got to factor another £300 in.

tubing from Reynolds
Is Owen Jones working for Reynolds now?

Fairlight is made and painted in Europe, with custom and higher quality tubing, designed by an actual designer ,with lots of custom machined hardware.

Brother are made by Maxway, no? Who do Ritchey, Salsa, Surly and the rest. If the tubing's decent (rule out the Surlys), then you'll get a decent frame.

Yes all of those are shit
And if you like shit, its fine, why overpay? For shallow depth of field?! Answer me @Zed

£849 for a Reynolds 725 (crmo) frame... Can we take 'cheap as chips' out of the thread title please?
-
• #198
Are you mental? I've got a Ritchey, and it's awesome.
-
• #199
Semi kidding of course
Ritchey are great except their dogshit long and low geometry

Mine's a mountain thingy, so it's all tall up front. Low is bad.
Unlikely, it's pretty fresh out but would be interested in hearing also. It's got better geometry (for me) vs their other bikes.
