I have a frame and not much else at the moment. Forks will be purchased next month.
I'll be stealing some parts from my cargo bike so will start by setting it up 1x10.

•Pike Ultimate 140mm
•cheap set of 2nd hand boost wheels
•dropper post, will possibly buy new. Annoyingly I have a Reverb Stealth but in the wrong size (31.6)

Not sure on finishing kit and gearing, the XO cranks have 32t chairing atm

M6000 brakes are good and cheap, same for Brand-X dropper.

Only thing is, I have some mt200 sitting here in a box already...Even if they do disintegrate after 3 rides, they're close to free at the moment

I’ve never shied away from a good mismatched wheelset. Probably from my childhood lusting after BMX with one Skyway mag and one laced wheel

The rim is much narrower than I was after but it was cheap, so it'll do for now.

Saint brakes are getting pinched as I've found a replacement for the cargo
