  • I have a dilemma. I picked up this Omega quartz on ebay a good few years back for about £150. It was fine for a couple of years and then packed up. Alsal reckons it will probably cost a couple of hundred quid to fix which I initially said no to as that was more than what I paid for the watch.

    Thinking about it though it's a watch I like to wear sometime and I may well buy another. A bit different and more convenient being a quartz.

    Should I just get this one fixed rather than just buying another unknown one.

  • I think you answered your own question - if you like it, get it fixed.
