  • Sort of enjoying Sekiro but was hoping it would be something I could just drop into (having just played RDR2 and Witcher3). Turns out I'm going to have to spend time actually learning and practicing stuff if I want to avoid the tedium of beating the same grunts time and time again just to get back to the boss who is wicked hard to beat... Stupid save system is stupid.

    Frustrating/10

  • Do you Dark Souls?

I know it's another From software game, I love DS/ DS3, haven't played Sekiro yet. Not sure if being DS-savvy makes it an easier or harder transition.

Both. You need to attack in Sekiro rather than shield up and roll away defense of DS. Parry hit box is bigger so easier than DS. Though you'll get all the inventory management, so enemy respawn and soul retrieval stuff.

Still dipping in to DS1 with Mage build. The mace is ace

It's always like going home knowing all the secret shortcuts and tricks. Such a deep game
