Fork rake looks to be 46mm. With a 72 degree head tube that makes trail 72mm.
Ill run it without mudguards and 2.2" Conti Speed King in the summer and probably with 2.0" Conti Race King and mudguards in the winter.
Ah, you have the fork already? Didn't see.
I guess just stretch the top tube out and use a shorter stem to get decent handling and less toverlap then (which I find to be much more awkward offroad than it ever is on)
