Yeah but they didn't charge much and they mostly do vintage bikes so I'm not too surprised or bothered. I don't think the caliper is leaking because I haven't seen any drips or fluid coming out

Take it to a shop that knows what they are doing. Possible that the inappropriate bike shop fucked it - busted calliper / contaminated pads / shit bleed etc.

Then sound like they didn’t bled it enough, like only a couple pass and several squeeze of the levers.

Sounds like there's not enough pressure on the system. Get it to someone good with hydros and will sort you out in 10 minutes.
