You should be able to pick a model like that up for under £300 if you’re patient. Eg here’s the non DLC version for £266:

Seiko street prices go up and down a lot... I wouldn’t pay retail if you can help it. You just have to wait for them to become more widely available and keep checking prices.
I couldn't find them on the UK online store - they were talking about them in the knightsbridge shop today when I popped in to try something else so I had a quick look. Think the movement has been down/sidegraded on the new ones, but someone who knows more than I will be able to confirm.
