How are people keeping their running shoes clean in this weather? Most of my running is done off road, to save my old joints, and my shoes are getting increasingly dirty.

Brush off excess muck, laces and inners removed, then 30 minute cold cycle.

I'm convinced it makes my running shoes last longer.

We used to have a washer drier. I may have forgottent the dry cycle. My trainers may have been utterly fucked.
