Is what I wash our football boots with.I don't wash my running shoes. They're torture/training devices. Fuck them.
Newspaper to dry them, if they're really bad -
Rinse in the bathtub whilst I shower, once stopped dripping air dry on a windowsill above radiator.

I’ve found that injuring myself and not using them does wonders for keeping them clean
If they get muddy I just take them into the shower with me and rinse them through

Brush off excess muck, laces and inners removed, then 30 minute cold cycle.
I'm convinced it makes my running shoes last longer.
We used to have a washer drier. I may have forgottent the dry cycle. My trainers may have been utterly fucked.

hose them down once your back, put them on underfloor heating to dry fairly slowly....

How are people keeping their running shoes clean in this weather? Most of my running is done off road, to save my old joints, and my shoes are getting increasingly dirty.
