As the owner of a Jack Russell cross myself, the owners are dicks to have it off the lead around runners. Mine will chase anything instinctively, even a horse.
Anyway - I’ve run 35km this week and I’m buzzing. Learned I hate running at night though. Ordered a new head torch to see if that helps but I love looking around.
