    I didn’t do the beans as I had some home made ones in the freezer that I’d cooked in my wood oven back in early summer.

    Really pleasing recipe, the crumbly texture of the tofu is a winner.

    I sliced some of the tofu and rolled it in semolina and nori flakes before frying until crispy. Also really enjoyable.

    Soy yogurt with chilli, garlic and onions powders, lots of lime juice and salt was a good base sauce for the corn tacos with some homemade fermented jalapeño sauce as a second.

    Corn tacos from the Little Taquero in Bristol are the key factor. So fucking good
