Doesn't bode well for me. i have a watch with them that was warranty return within 1 week of receiving because it entered a bootloop each time it tried to connect to GPS

My frame ended up being refunded fairly quickly, about 2 days after it arrived back at their depot. So there is hope.
On a side note, they eventually sold that specific frame on ebay for over £250 less than what I paid for originally. Maybe they should have offered me more than £40 in vouchers to keep it...

Each of my last 2 returns to Wiggle have required me chasing for the refund after they’ve had the return for several weeks.
I’m wondering when an unfortunate coincidence becomes policy...
