Is there a new JetFluid that will work with TA?

Elite do a TA converter for trainers. Then buy my old Fluid 2.

How does that work though if the turbo unit isn't wide enough for the 142mm arse end of the bike? I need to have a closer look at my turbo to see if that would work but I'm pretty sure I looked into adapters before I got my KICKR. Mine's a JetFluid though so maybe different clamp?
