Bios is next in my list but I don’t want it fuck it up. Your USB allow this device to wake computer is also greyed out?

It's not an input device in itself it's a port that an input device plugs into to get power and to signal to the computer. Think of it like an extension lead with individual plug switches on, if you power down the extension lead you also power down everything plugged into it.

Isn't there a risk that that setting can cause a boot problem?
I was thinking more about a specific wake setting. Most poos have a power management section.
