Except Alan Johnson and co seem to forget their part in making Corbyn look 'unlectable' and giving gifts to the Tories by challenging his leadership and constantly sniping at him. I seem to remember that in 2017 they didn't give any credit to him for a relatively good result but tonight are giving him all the blame for a very bad one.
Not that I think he was the best choice - he was leader by accident. Had the left known one of their own could win the leadership I don't think they would have chosen Corbyn. But I also don't think Starmer or Jess Phillips would have won today.
