In the meantime, have you tried deleting your WiFi adaptor from device manager and restarting? That will reinstall it.

I did have a Google, but beyond doing those simple things there wasnt much.
Just adjusting the preamble.
I'll see if Microsoft issued a fix. I'm sure they would have done.
