Taylor St. did, though I'm not sure if they've fully been taken over by Black Sheep or not at this point. Though I recall reading that the stores that remained Taylor St. branded, were using the same cheap beans that Black Sheep use in their other stores, but in Taylor St. branded bags. So probably best to stay clear regardless.

SE London - For roasteries you have Old Spike in Peckham and Volcano coffee in Norwood but there are probably others that I don't know. I was not a fan of the Old Spike coffee nor of the in shop experience. Volcano stuff was nice and the shop is lovely, but it's a bit far for me.
I do not think I have ever seen anyplace that does a free drink when you buy beans though.
