yeah it's fine, just pop the NDS bearing out and stick it in the new BB, the outer diameter is a standard size and you won't need to fuck around with spacing as they are all 10mm. Oh and by the way no special tools needed
Hah try extracting a bearing from a cup without a special extractor tool. 2mm shim would be the way to go I think.
Ah I did wonder if it was a PF30 to BB30.
Ok that effectively gives you outboard cups so a bit more positive - might be possible to simply shim the NDS bearing ID down to 28mm.
