Cutting down on caffeine because it really seems to make me anxious, love tea though.
There are really a lot of awesome herbal teas out there I wouldn't bother with the de-caffeinated stuff.
At least I'd check out what methods are being used to get the caffeine out, with coffee this sometimes involves solvents which doesn't seem like such a healthy / bright idea.
