Any decent de-caf tea bags around? Trying to cut down on caffeine, just picked up a big box of Yorkshire Tea and it tastes crap, the Clipper at work isn't any better. Or give it up as a bad job?

The Tetleys stuff isn't bad. TBH, I can't tell the difference between the decaff and the normal stuff. It was only when I was on my third cup of the morning last weekend that @Cycliste let slip it was decaff, and I can't say I'd noticed. You may well have a more refined palette than me though.

Decaff tea is all gross, tastes kinda flat or something.

Why the fuck are you normally making fizzy tea?

Best to just experiment with caffeine free teas. For an easily available brand, I like Pukka teas.

M&S aren't bad. Also the earl grey version. They do all taste a bit off but you get used to it.

Also Thompson's is good. They have a load of blurb on their website about how much they care for their workers but it doesn't seem to be fairtrade certified.

Sainsbury’s own-brand that come in the blue square box are nice. Also their taste the difference earl grey decaf is great.

It does really make a difference, when I have a non-decaf “normal” tea now you feel it

M30 Vs BB30 question. The difference I can tell from the internet is the NDS bearing is 28mm rather than 30mm.

I want to put a Praxis crankset into an eccentric BB30 bottom bracket, can I just bodge the NDS bearing so my crank fits ie the outer bearing diameter will be the same?

This. I don't necessarily get on with 'plain' rooibos, find it a bit woody, but this stuff is absolutely delicious and the slight cardamom spice means it adds a whole new level to dunking chocolate hobnobs...

There are really a lot of awesome herbal teas out there I wouldn't bother with the de-caffeinated stuff.
At least I'd check out what methods are being used to get the caffeine out, with coffee this sometimes involves solvents which doesn't seem like such a healthy / bright idea.

Looking to replace my GripGrab Windster gloves, with something better. The GG site says 0-10C for these but they're not that comfortable below 5C... You have a 68mm BB30 shell with two 30mm ID bearings in it and you want to know if you can just pop the NDS bearing out and install a 28mm ID bearing in its place?

Short answer is no, it would be a massive PITA.

Long answer. Looks like the Praxis BB uses outboard bearings, so you'd need to check three things

• A suitable 28mm ID bearing is actually widely available and economically acquirable and the tooling to install it is also available and economically acquirable
  
• The crank doesn't care if the bearings are circa 10mm further inboard, i.e. the bearing flats are sympathetic to 68mm rather than 86mm that the crank seems to be made for. This strikes me as highly unlikely given it is tapered like a GXP crank and expects the NDS bearing to be in the 'right' position.
  
• you could get the spacers required to take up the slop that you'd know have on both ends of the spindle.
  
  

Personally I'd just pony up for the Praxis BB or get a proper BB30 crank.
