  • OK, so a true GMT automatic that has a chance of appreciating in value and isn't a Rolex / Tudor. Well that should be easy :)

    Sadly, as others up-thread have said, the "appreciating in value" bit is impossible to predict and unlikely unless you're super lucky or into silly money Pateks etc (and are somehow able to get them at RRP). Buying secondhand would keep losses lower, but obviously comes with a bit more risk.

    What's the budget?
    And out of interest, what's the prob with Rolex or Tudor?
