I have a bunch that I've picked up from physios for specific issues, some stuff off youtube. I dip into Yoga for Cyclists book now and then, again for specific stuff. Now and then I find enough time to do a yoga routine off youtube.

Yeah I think I'm going to do some more focused stretching at home, and dial back the intensity at yoga a bit, until it feels more manageable at the class.
Are there any rock solid guides on stretching? I know I can google, but something someone has experience of would be nice. Interested in warming up before stretching and how to do it.
