FYI the same thing happened down the road from me and they just kept appealing until it got permission. Nearly built now and it’s a fucking eyesore. It’s also in an already really congested road and pretty near a primary school :-/

On which policies is the refusal based? If it's not based on policy, you're on thin ice, as they will appeal, and they will win.

Stopped a Macdonalds opening in Crystal Palace triangle. Really happy. I and many other people wrote long and detailed objections and it has paid off.
