Really not sure a small Victorian terrace is going to get members of the golf club excited. Not unless you bought the whole terrace as an investment through your Cayman registered shell company.

It's the LFGSS golf club bar though, mock Georgian mansions or Barratt homes are not to be boasted about on here!
(It was the four original fireplaces that got me and the exact construction date but yeah maybe I'm being a bit unfair).
