Cap is 30 riders, with 3 neopros.
Apparently they will take Nils Politt as he is on a cheap contract for another year.
Looks like there won't be space for Dowsett and Stakhov.

I think his goal at Katusha was to re-cast himself as a leadout man for Kittel which obviously didn't quite go to plan. That said, you'd have to imagine there's a team out there that needs a workhorse for flatter/sprint stages
