I've updated it so that it only blocks on POST and PUT whilst on VPNs from Digital Ocean... so it still stops the spammer.

Kinda weird
Would there be any way to create a read only version without the spam protection? I mostly just lurk these days so that would allow me (and others?) mostly normal use, whilst maintaining spam protection.
No idea if this would be plausible to implement but something that popped into my head
