VAR was called and no peno given. Think its more the interpretation of the handball rule...don't understand it.

They ran through the handball rules (ridiculous as they are) on MOTD and it seemed pretty clear that it was. The VAR just bottled it for me.
Seems that they haven't really thought through how it's meant to work. Need some version of Umpire's call in cricket IMO if there is still some element of subjectivity.

What the fuck is VAR for? Completely shit so far. Obvious handball - stonewall penalty shout and nothing given by the ref - why did VAR not come in. Bottle job.
