See up thread a few posts....
They were away and have not managed to put an out of office on for email or phone. Hopefully they'll be back fairly soon!
Edit: they will be back 2nd September.

Thanks all.

I had the same problem with the same chainset. Had to put a spacer in.
-
• #2581
Isen are going to crimp the chainstay. I think it would have been tight even with a spacer.

Saw that Isen Rando bike on Instagram - is this going to be a new model? Would be keen
-
• #2584
I think that at least the all season is getting the option of S&S and that the rando was the all season with maybe slight tweaks of geometry

From the instagram it looks like the elves at Isen Workshop have been knocking up some titanium frames!

It's still on the forum though, made a few appearances at outlier hills.

What size seat post clamp do I need for gen 1 all season?
-
• #2589
28.6mm.

Amazing, thanks

You need a very thin one though, as the sea tube is so thin. I’ve used a PRO one and then a tester approved bbb one when the other cracked due to over-enthusiasm.

What do you mean by thin? I've been using a very chunky Hope one for a year with no problems.
-

Sorry should have made that clearer. The lip that is on the top of the clamp, to prevent it sliding down the seat tube, needs to be thin. I initially tried to use an M part one and another I had lying around and the thickness of the lip at the top meant that it would begin to clamp the seatpost before it had fully bound the seattube leading to the post slipping down.

Also having this problem with mine. I've greased the hose and can't get more than an inch of it in the tube. I'd prefer not to cut it or detach it from the caliper if possible (it's pre-filled with brake oil). Any tricks I'm missing? (R7000)

Has fenella left?
No response to email.
-
• #2596
She was there recently.
I've had more luck calling (in the week). Email response is patchy.

Hasn’t she been riding the Torino-Nice Rally?
-
• #2598
Last I heard was PBP; they were back from that at the beginning of September.

Fenella is Steve Abrahams AICMFP

Bit late to the party I know, but here's mine from the first run.
So far, so sweet.
My (ace) mechanic has a some constructive criticism to offer about the DI2 routing in the BB...but otherwise all good.

Hi all. I've been trying get hold of Caren/Hartley Cycles for the past couple of weeks. Emails and (one) call unanswered. Can anyone shed any light on this?
