Having used a hob with shit touch controls I'd say, possibly.
The one I used was unresponsive and would change itself if it got wet. This may be better but who knows.

Cheers - I'll swerve it. I'm tempted by a Candy at less than £150, good reviews and big saving on RRP and, not as dramatic but still, a 25% reduction on next best price, or a Hi Sense, the main pull being that all their products have such consistently positive reviews. Had a Candy washing machine once and it was, well, pretty shit

Thanks both - tbh we've usually stuck to Beko, Indesit, Baumaticbamd never had any obvious issue with any; obviously provided stiff works it's hard to equate what works best unless you've had prolonged experience with different manufacturers over a long period.
Would I be mad to buy this?
