Anyone on HUEL?

I've not had their version of Huel I'm afraid. Just the diet protein powder.

Berry huel is categorically not good. Uncomfortable combination of strawberry frubes taste and huel consistency.

After two years I think I’m gonna call it a day with Huel now. The farts never improved and it makes me feel heavy/lethargic on training days.

I’ve only tried the Berry Granola and it’s pretty good.

100grams of granola and 100ml of Soy Milk seems to be an adequate breakfast.

The best thing I’ve found for is snacking. I’ve always found liquid Huel a bit of a faff for having as a snack.

Still liking the berry it tastes quite upmarket. Choc mint reminds me of some diarrhea medicine I had as a kid rather than a magnum ice cream.
