...A little, although it's hard to differentiate between the darn and the patch if that makes sense? They sit in similar places.
On balance I think they'll wear in nicely and probably won't notice soon.
Also noticed in another thread you are now describing your GF as fiancée. Congrats!

Just by way of an update. The repair is now unnoticeable to my crotch.
