Bit higher than the local ones. They suggested putting it on toward the higher end of the valuation and they reckoned they'd be able to tell quite quickly from the number of hits they were getting whether it was reasonable or not.
That said, I've had ~25 viewings in a fortnight so seems like it was a sensible price. Just need people to nudge offers up a little
