Any recommendations for a GPS solely for navigation, decent battery life would be a massive bonus.

Etrex and it takes aa batteries

Cluncky but super functional.

There are the touch versions or the non touch. Have a look at both.

Thanks, exactly what I'm looking for and it's so ugly that I won't have to remember to take it into shops.
