Another one, on the stoker's bars. If you need the drag brake you probably don't have a spare hand to use it!
And tighten your timing chain too ;)

I have a pair of old style Shimano thumb friction shifters from a shitty scrapyard mtb, welcome to them for some stupid low price if you want to try them out as interim measure?

Our first ride on the tandem today, we loved it! The Shimano friction shifter for the rear drum brake is broken, any recommendations what to replace it with?
