  • I had not the luck to meet Andrew but reading here both him and Bullheart reminds me how is important to live fuller life.
I know it may be silly stupid but sometimes I do forgot.

Great guys, I wish you are pedalling together up there!

  • R(H)IP (HOP) Andrew, this is too sad.

  • my condolences, too.

    RIP dude

  • This is a moving read this thread and lovely to see a lot of names from the past.

  • Always sought out his updates but never realised Andy under his lfgss guise and I were club mates , very sad news. RIP.

  • Ride in peace Andy, so sorry you couldn't beat this one more time.

  • Aw. Teriibly sad. Rip Andy

  • RIP Rowhan, condolences to all of you who knew him well :(

  • Whats shit news.

Ride in peace Andy and say hi to Fiddy and the other forumgers you see up there.

  • Never knew you Andy, but very sad. RIP

  • What a horrible disease. RIP and my most sincere condolences and thoughts to those of you that knew him.

  • I haven’t been here in years.
I can’t believe he’s gone. I think I stupidly thought he is invincible. I spent last night going through our FB friendship history. It was all about posts of funny cats, food, cycling and more cats. We also lost touch over the years but it doesn’t mean that his lost battle didn’t affect me. I’m so sorry Andy. Ride in peace.

  • I thought he was invincible too...

  • It's been a long time since I've been on here but
I just wanted to pay my respects to Andy and everybody that knew him.
He was a generous person and kind person and will be fondly remembered.
    RIP mayyne

  • Ride on Rowhan.

Condolences to Andrew's loved ones who may see this. His courage and chutzpah are a lesson for us all.

  • Some really awesome tributes to Andrew have appeared on Instagram over the last few days.

You can see them by looking for posts he has been tagged in.

  • Never met Andrew and I don’t even think we spoke much on here, but cancer really does affect everyone. Feeling a bit sad right now.

Just looked through his Instagram page and he sounded like an awesome guy!

    RIP mate.

  • Just spoke to his dad and we will be coming down to south drinks next Tuesday. We are looking forward to meeting everyone and telling stories about andy

  • Finally caught up with the thread, @Rowhan was an amazing person and always giving his all, and I’m sure he will be doing the same up there too. Massive loss for all of us and it won’t be the same without him here.

  • Sorry to be pedantic but make sure you come to SEs at the Roebuck and not Souths drinks!

  • Moved to the front page to make sure it's clear where everyone is going.

  • Think you met him at cycle ps.

  • Never met nor interacted with Andy on here, and only just catching up with this thread because it’s on the front page, but it’s a measure of the person that so many of our community have been touched by his passing. Sometimes, with all the good natured joviality on this forum, it’s easy to ignore the pressures of reality, and it’s times like this that the darkness of real life is more than countered by the light of the nice people we surround ourselves with. Chapeau to you all, and RIP Andy.

  • Such sad news. Condolences to all who knew him.

  • KWCC do evening spins around RP on Wednesday evenings and this is on our forum (which is members only);

Andy's dad, Richard, will be joining us at the pub on Weds evening as he'd very much like to meet as many of his cycling buddies as possible.

The pub is The New Inn
