Grading aside, depending on which country you pick, holidays, hours and all the comp related bits and pieces could be a nice improvement, assuming works councils support your 'arrival'.
I probably will head to France, it's the only foreign language that I learned (other than Latin, in which I got a better grade than I got for French), and therefore is my best chance of getting up to a respectable level in the shortest amount of time.
The challenge may be that I'd not want to be in Paris.
