Dropped the bike in for a service.
They noticed the rims cracked after 4 months of owing the bike. Despite getting the bike from evans they are sorting out the warranty claim with specialized.

  • Can anyone please recommend an LBS in the Potters Bar area?

My chum has tried By Cycle but they were not helpful.

  • Sadly he went to Evans but got himself a bike.

In other news, Two Wheels Good in Stoke Newington Church Street deserves considerable commendation. Really impressed by everyone there. Highly recommend.

  • Shout to Clever Mike on Hornsey road. Lovely people, great communication and service.

  • I’m a fan of Bon Velo in West Norwood. Positive experiences in their HH shop too. Thumbs up.

  • My chum regretted going to Evans and, in the end, walked out of the shop before the deal on the bike was done. Went into an LBS and came away with the same bike for a better price and without any forced add ons that he didn’t want.

    The LBS was:
