Ian Cleverley, Rouleur Editor in Chief, was making the point on Twitter that for all his protestations about the CPA, Sagan failed to show to vote in the CPA Presidential elections at the Worlds last year.
Like so many of the top names, he only cares about the work of the CPA when it directly impacts him.
