Hmmm, I only use HR, cadence, and speed so would hope that these would be alright with an 820 as well. I was actually thinking of going for an 820 given that it's now cheaper than the 530. But I don't really know how it stacks up. The 530 seems more of a logical progression whereas the 820 is a step into the unknown
