Sounds like one of the locking motors is not in the correct open/close position so the central locking relay is not completing the circuit correctly.
Check central locking relay, check the connectioins to the central locking relay under the holder. Check the locking mech on the doors and the boot aren't stiff and moving freely. The boot has the least bits of trim. Then check that the motors are cycling open and closed correctly.
Check the wiring to the electrical motors for continuity, with a pin in the wiring, where the doors/boot open and close. Wiggle the wiring to ceck for a brake.
