Grease and force. Normally use a rubber mallet or something to get it in. (ooh nurse)
You sure you have the right bearings?

Canyon confirmed the Rotor Aldhu24 for BB86 was the one - what came out and this are both 24mm axles.
I'm going to try and take off the PM and try and tap the axle out from the other side.

Any reason why completing the installation would be a bad idea? Could just grease up the spindle and tap it all the way through.

Not sure if the bottom bracket needs pressing but suspect continuing will push the middle bit back into place.
The p2m is off so may give that a go.
Took a 105 Chainset out, put the new Aldhu24 chainset in a couple of cm and now it's stuck. Now want to take it out and it won't budge.
It's all compatible on paper - just a case of tolerances? Bikeradar notes BB86 as having less stringent tolerances.
I also didn't grease the axle, error?
I've tried applying some WD40 in there, tapping with a mallet and it just wants to pull out the inner part of the BB (which I assume I'll have re-press now (?) but don't have the tools).
Toying with sticking another chainset into the NDS and trying to tap it out from the other side(?).
