I would gorilla/duck/gaffa tape the inside to relieve pressure from the tube on the tear.

I usd some gorilla tape on mine and still rode about 3k kms on them. Still lived to tell the tale with all my teeth. Did swap to back though...

I bodged a torn sidewall with a Kit Kat wrapper and it held 23 miles to my destination.
But what’s the point of risking if a tyre will hold out if you can get a replacement? If it fails is could be costly

Am I gonna brutally die if I spend a few days riding these? Split has not gone all the way through to the tube.
