What I meant about the importantance of the principal is if we leave BC that's fine for LFGSS but then having successfully thrown their weight around here they might start doing it to other clubs.
My club has a forum. Nobody uses it but I don't want us to be responsible for its content or have BC trying to censor it either. LFGSS CC leaving BC might be trivial but it wouldn't be for our club members.
I'm going to undelete the comment, and let them boot us if that is their prerogative and they can deal with any repercussions of doing so (press).
